Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to improve and maintain MA training and documentation.
  • Coach other MAs to ensure that all work is being done accurately, efficiently and according to established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor clinical KPIs
  • Develop new policies and procedures as needed.
  • Ensure all tasks required for compliance are complete.
  • Act as a resource to answer questions and assist peers and management with delegated tasks and projects.
  • Manage inventory for all medical, office and lab supplies.
  • Assist with hiring and developing a successful and cohesive team, with high level of client satisfaction, productivity and overall achievement of performance metrics.
  • Provide clinical and admin support to team members that includes assistance to crisis situations and urgent matters.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with the management team to understand department objectives, strategies and vision in order to maximize staff efficiencies and operations.
  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching and mentoring to staff including case discussion and consultation and professional development opportunities. Directly manage complicated requests from patients, providers or staff.
  • Maintain a 25% caseload with patients.
  • Support Quality and Compliance Committee.
