Responsibilities:
- Patient Navigation and Care Coordination:
- Facilitate new patient readiness by overseeing all aspects of appointment preparation for multiple providers.
- Manage and optimize provider's schedules to ensure timely patient access, minimize gaps, and maximize clinic efficiency across locations.
- Manage and update systems to ensure accurate patient information, provider availability, referrals, and clinical documentation.
- Manage patient escalations and ensure satisfactory resolution of patient questions and concerns regarding care.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with fertility center staff and referral partners.
- Support operational initiatives and special projects to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience.
- Be accountable to daily responsibilities and checklists as appropriate.
- Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement:
- Be a leader on the clinic teams in problem-solving to address issues related to patient safety, care quality, and service excellence.
- Drive quality initiatives and manage quality metrics, collaborating with leadership to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Partners to promote effective working relationships and facilitate goal achievement.
Minimum Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.

Athena (or other EMR experience) required; healthcare or specialty clinic experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with agility and adaptability to changing demands.
