Responsibilities:

• Patient Navigation and Care Coordination:
  
  • Facilitate new patient readiness by overseeing all aspects of appointment preparation for multiple providers.
  • Manage and optimize provider's schedules to ensure timely patient access, minimize gaps, and maximize clinic efficiency across locations.
  • Manage and update systems to ensure accurate patient information, provider availability, referrals, and clinical documentation.
  • Manage patient escalations and ensure satisfactory resolution of patient questions and concerns regarding care.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with fertility center staff and referral partners.
  • Support operational initiatives and special projects to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience.
  • Be accountable to daily responsibilities and checklists as appropriate.
• Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement:
  • Be a leader on the clinic teams in problem-solving to address issues related to patient safety, care quality, and service excellence.
  • Drive quality initiatives and manage quality metrics, collaborating with leadership to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Partners to promote effective working relationships and facilitate goal achievement.

Minimum Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Athena (or other EMR experience) required; healthcare or specialty clinic experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with agility and adaptability to changing demands.
