Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Operations Management:
    • Provide effective leadership and accountability for care operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring excellence in customer service, human resources, information systems, and financial management.
    • Manage daily operations in the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and float coverage.
    • Collaborate with physicians across multiple markets in fertility clinics, care sites, physician leadership, and key channel partners to promote effective working relationships and facilitate goal achievement.
  • Patient Navigation and Care Coordination:
    • Serve as the point person and subject matter expert for patients and key channel partners, guiding them through the Posterity Health service offerings, value propositions, and next steps.
    • Establish rapport with fertility center staff members and work closely with our MDs to manage patient schedules and ensure prompt care delivery.
    • Manage patient escalations and ensure satisfactory resolution of patient questions and concerns regarding care and billing.
  • Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement:
    • Be a leader on the clinic teams in problem-solving to address issues related to patient safety, care quality, and service excellence.
    • Drive quality initiatives and manage quality metrics, collaborating with leadership to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
  • Two years of Athena (or other EMR experience) required; healthcare or specialty clinic experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with agility and adaptability to changing demands.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and service excellence.
